付少华
1990年北京理工大学金属材料研究生毕业，获硕士学位，曾任新华社经济信息编辑部能源专线副总监、高级编辑。
Mr. Fu graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology with a master’s degree. He used to serve as deputy director and senior editor of energy editorial department of Xinhua News agency. Mr. Fu is currently the deputy general manager and director of Shanghai Petroleum and Gas Exchange.
